Obviously, you’ve been practicing for how many years?
Mark Kaire – Medical Malpractice Attorney – Miami-Dade County, FL
Since 1991.

1991. Okay. I thought you were going to say 19 for a second there, but it’s much greater than 19. So why, you know, I guess the question is very simply, what makes your firm different than the firm down the street.
Mark Kaire – Medical Malpractice Attorney – Miami-Dade County, FL
I think attention to detail. And where are you at? You’re on the West Coast. You’re in Oregon, I believe, so.
Ray Hrdlicka - Presentador - Attorneys.Media
Washington.
Mark Kaire – Medical Malpractice Attorney – Miami-Dade County, FL
In Washington. I don’t know that you have the proliferation of advertising lawyers there.
Ray Hrdlicka - Presentador - Attorneys.Media
Oh yes, everywhere.

Okay, that we do here. So our formula was never that. And during our representation of someone, it’s not just a case. Actually I think I have it on my website… “it’s not business it’s personal“.
Ray Hrdlicka - Presentador - Attorneys.Media
By the… by the way I want to interrupt you, that is a great phrase because, you know, it invokes the opposite of what the movies… the Godfather says, but of course it strikes them at heart because it is personal to them.
Mark Kaire – Medical Malpractice Attorney – Miami-Dade County, FL
And it’s got to be personal to you as a lawyer because if it’s not personal to you as a lawyer, you can’t do the best job for your client and if you’re going to represent four or five hundred people at a time you can’t devote yourself to your clients.

It’s just a number and that… yeah.
Mark Kaire – Medical Malpractice Attorney – Miami-Dade County, FL
It’s just a number and if I don’t understand you and I don’t understand really what you’re going through, then I… I can’t do the best for you and that’s always been our motto and our practice and our practice style.
So, it’s relationship building and I think that….it’s and by the way I think aside from being able to get the best results for your client that way… as a lawyer you’re going to get the most satisfaction that way because you understand what you just did in helping that family or helping that individual.
And when that person thanks you or when the family members thank you, it’s genuine and it’s for a relationship that you’ve built over a matter of years. Right? I mean, sometimes you represent families for three, four or five years, that’s how long it will take sometimes. And you really get to know somebody over that period of time.
