“I think they know I care about them; I care about their case. I’m very responsive to communication. Because I recall that in law school, what I learned was, one of the biggest complaints client have towards attorneys is the lack of communication. And so, I always took that to heart. And I do my best, whether it’s text, phone call, even if I can’t get back to you, I’m going to let you know. Just give me a little bit of time, I’m going to get back to you.

And I feel like that level of just communication is really, really important and helps me deal with my clients. I think, in a way, it separates me a little but, just because I hear all the time, ‘I never hear from my lawyer, I don’t have the police reports, I don’t….’ you know. And it’s like, wow, you know, it’s been a couple months, this…you need to have that police report by now.”
