Alameda County and San Francisco County, now the District Attorneys office has pulled all the marijuana grow and possession cases, and revisited them. And it’s typically possession cases….. “

“And they may be coming out….I suspect that everyone in the state prison knows these changes before some of us attorneys do, because they’ve go their fingers on the pulse. I mean they’ve got people wanting to find a way for them to get out sooner rather than later. So those defendants in custody are now looking at opportunities to get out.”
