Very hard. And some specialties are harder than others because as you get into the more specialized groups, the doctors tend to be very close-knit.
Within ophthalmology, you’ll have retinal surgeons, for example. It’s a very close-knit society and group of doctors, and it becomes very difficult to find experts willing to testify against an expert that they may often run into at speaking engagements, conventions, lectures, CLEs, they travel together, they spend time together.
So again, depending on the expert, some are more difficult to find than others.
