It seems that you would have a smaller number of cases settling because of that criteria. Because in a normal person or injury case, well, in any civil case, there’s only about 7% or so of the cases that are filed in the court system that go to trial.

Correct. Yes, the consent policy is an obstacle to settlement. The biggest obstacle to settlement is that consent provision in those policies. We’ve had so many times that the lawyer will say, “look, we agree with you. The case should be settled. Doctor won’t give consent.”
