Steven Gacovino – Personal Injury Attorney – Suffolk County, NY

And pain and suffering, because pain and suffering is a real thing. And while there’s no perfect formula for doing it, telling a third party about it, and telling that third party what you went through, and describing that suffering, and quite frankly, seeing x-rays and MRIs and other demonstrative evidence that’s being presented to them gives them a sense of what this person has gone through and while we can’t make that person whole and we can’t make that person heal and we can’t make that person feel like they did before they were involved in an accident, what we can do is give them the one thing that we know is of value to try to compensate them from that pain and suffering. And that’s money. That’s an award.
