If we’re talking about, you know, you had cold medicine that comes up with alcohol… then you committed to drinking, and you discredited that particular defense.  If you, you know… were eating something and your blood alcohol was rising, and at the time you were actually driving, it was below a .08, then it got higher later, if you’ve given a description already…that’s already challenging the defense of high blood alcohol rising…then you’re taking away my ability to help you.

I would encourage everyone who’s getting stopped just to say, “lawyer”, and “I’ll do what you ask me to do, but I’m not giving a statement“.
