“Explain that. And that seems… that’s an interesting point you’re making here. Can you explain that a little bit?”

Michael Campbell – Business Dispute Attorney – Pierce County, WA

“Well, you know, you might..You might think that if you’re a small fry and you’re going up against a really big corporation, and it says anybody who has to sue under this contract has the right for attorney fees if they win, you might think, though, that’s fair, but what’s the greatest likelihood? The greatest likelihood is that they’re going to sue you!

You’re the small guy. And what happens when you lose, and you have to pay $100,000 in attorney fees? You might not want that… that’s only theoretical, however, because the likelihood of any corporation going into a contest, like going into an arrangement with you, and not including a contract that allows for attorney fees, is pretty darn slim. They’re not going to miss that point. So, it’s really academic.”

Ray Hrdlicka – Host – Attorneys.Media

“It is, it’s a good conversation, but in reality, it may not come into play, of course.”

Michael Campbell – Business Dispute Attorney – Pierce County, WA

“Hardly ever, hardly ever.”
