“You mentioned earlier, that there’s no money out-of-pocket to the client. Wouldn’t they have a question in their mind that…’If I’m not paying my attorney, how do I know the case is important to them’?”
Spencer Freeman – Personal Injury Attorney – Pierce County, WA
“Well, I suppose though, that question can be there even if you are paying your attorney.”

“It is true. That is so true”
Spencer Freeman – Personal Injury Attorney – Pierce County, WA
“The reality is that those type of questions get resolved with good communication between the attorney and the client. As the attorney, it’s not that I’m going to be able to talk with you every day, but when we do need to have conversations and when you do have questions, I’m available for those. Either myself or somebody in my office that can discuss with you the progress of the case. Until a person is done with their medical treatment, there’s not a lot for us, as the attorney and staff to do. I mean, there’s some. Dealing with the insurance companies and handling the different medical bills that come up. Once that process is done, there’s a lot of work for us to do, and there always should be somebody in the office that can give an update on the progress of those tasks.”
