Does any of those situations make the news, or are they all kept under a secrecy umbrella?  Because we hear hints about that from time to time on the news.

Well, the ones that are hybrids, that have both the criminal investigation going and the Title IX investigation going, it hits the news.  The classic case was a couple years ago.  A punter on the San Diego State football team was accused criminally, and through Title IX.  He wound up being cleared of both some three years later.

But that got a lot of attention because it was a really popular NFL prospect.  And both of those investigations were taking place at the same time.
